I am very upset I ordered these extentions in bahamian balayage they sent the wrong color and my stylist was booked for the next few months so I had no choice but do the dark color. Then the stylist put them in and she is certified in extentions and they all fell out within a week. Very disappointed the only thing we can think of is the tape was bad or not sticky enough. I have wore extentions for 3 years and have never had this happen before. She is the only person who puts them in my hair .
First I ordered the color wheel to color match my hair. I ordered with the guarantee that I could return this for a refund. When I tried to return using their website I was not able to print the label. I used the web "chat" feature and was told the label had been sent to me. I never received it.
Next I did order a clip in weft. It arrived tri-folded at the top. The fold bumps have never disappeared. It has been over 3 months now. I have tried to iron, lay flat, fold opposite and still have a wavy weave that you can see and feel when worn. I would like to review or reach out to their website but my login won't work after months of trying. Quick review of the product... weft has 4 clips and personally I find smaller 3 clip wefts better. With 3 clips I can quickly center on my head. The hair seems to be good quality but I tried to add highlights and they color did not lift. I was able to darken the roots with permanent color. The hair can be curled or straightened easily. The main complaint I have is the wavy, bumpy creases that prohibit the piece from laying flat against my head.

After 5 weeks of using glam seamless tape ins, i have to say that im very disappointed. Im getting a new slavic hair this friday because these glam seamless extensions turn to different colour (orange), they are itchy and in very bad condition. I tried to use hydrating products and right hair brush but nothing is working. All i can say that im sad that i spend + 400 dollars on hair which lasted only 5 weeks. Never again...

I've brought from Glam Seamless over 5 times spending over $1000 on their hair. They are one of the only companies that make a blonde light enough to match my platinum hair but my most recent experience has left such a sour taste in my mouth I will probably switch to a different brand like Bellami or Hair Lingerie for two reasons; their Invis Tape in Iced Blonde is closer in color the Remy in Platinum Ash Blonde and my recent experience with their customer service representative H who basically accused me of stealing even though the tracking number shows it was delivered to their warehouse in Salt Lake City and now I don't have the hair extensions in 20 inch Remy Iced Blonde or the money I paid for it. Also after a little while my hair extensions got so tangled. I baby them and take care of them so gently but I have to use detailing spray once or twice a day because the extensions get so knotted if not in a ponytail. My previous customer services issues were handled great by Taylor but my most recent experience with a different representative was not pleasant. I feel it should have been easy to check that the Remy hair extensions shipped to the Salt Lake City facility and the Invisi Tape hair extensions sent to the Quality Control team in New York should have been easy to verify. Instead H implied in two emails that I was basically trying to get a refund for an item she says I didn't send back but tracking says was delivered. I'm so hurt and upset. I truly loved this company initially.
Note: I did receive a replacement for the Invisi Tapes in Iced Blonde which are darker than the Remy Tapes in Iced Blonde. They are more similar in color to the Remy Tapes in Platinum Ash Blonde. I haven't received a refund for the Remy Tape In 20 inch extensions or had the credit applied to the Remy Tapes 6 inch extensions I exchanged them for.
Edit: After a month, 31 emails and a phone call I was finally refunded for the Remy extensions.
